Mother's Day becomes "Thanksgiving Day"

The photo taken on May 10 shows a photo exhibition with the theme of
"kisses to moms" in the Times Square in Hong Kong. Normally reserved and
introverted Chinese like to leave their feelings of gratitude towards
familial love unspoken. However, the "Mother's Day" has given people
opportunities to express their feelings. People have turned the festival
into their personal "thanksgiving day".
Many young people were choosing gifts for their mothers in a market in
Hong Kong May 10, 2007. Normally reserved and introverted Chinese like to
leave their feelings of gratitude towards familial love unspoken.
However, the "Mother's Day" has given people opportunities to express
their feelings. People have turned the festival into their personal
"thanksgiving day".
