Mar. 4, 2005, supported by the Ministry of Commerce, the Industrial and
Commercial Federation of Beauty and Cosmetics released its "2004 Annual
Development Report of China's Beauty and Cosmetics Industry." It is
China's first report on the beauty and cosmetics industry.
