Lucent invests in Chinese 3G

Lucent Technologies announced on Apr. 5 that it would make an additional
investment of 800 billion USD in its Nanjing 3G mobile phone research and
development center. Up to now, the company has invested 200 billion USD
in its Nanjing R&D center, including an additional investment made last
July.
